Day 2 – Chiang Rai’s Spectacular Temples & Singha Park

The second day begins with a comfortable pick-up from your Chiang Mai accommodation by our guide and driver, followed by a scenic drive to the neighboring province of Chiang Rai. Along the way, we’ll pause at Mae Kha Jan Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a morning coffee and even boil eggs in the naturally hot spring water.

Our first major stop will be the world-famous Wat Rong Khun, or The White Temple—a dazzling, intricately designed masterpiece that gleams brilliantly under the sun. Surrounding this iconic structure are several other artistic temple buildings, each offering unique details and photo opportunities.

Next, we’ll visit Wat Rong Suea Ten, also known as The Blue Temple. This captivating temple features striking blue interiors and exteriors, with ornate gold accents that create a truly mesmerizing sight.

To complete our temple tour, we’ll head to Wat Huay Pla Kang, a vast complex featuring a towering nine-story pagoda, twelve surrounding shrines, and an impressive giant Buddha statue.

Afterward, we’ll unwind at Singha Park, a picturesque countryside attraction with tea plantations, orchid gardens, and even a petting zoo—perfect for a relaxing afternoon surrounded by nature.
