Price From : 3,100 -14,000 Baht
Give this province the time it deserves and discover all the famous sites in Kanchanaburi on a two-day one night package from Bangkok. Not only will you see the stunning Erawan Waterfall situated in Erawan National Park you will see the famous River Kwai and its bridge as well as learning about the history of the Death Railway and the unfortunate POWs and laborers who endured terrible conditions to build it. Hell Fire Pass, Tiger Temple, and a train ride along the Death Railway all feature on this 2 Day Kanchanaburi Tour!
Our two-day one night Kanchanaburi tour will start when we collect you from your Bangkok hotel. We will then proceed to Kanchanaburi province where we will stop by the city war cemetery and the very informative Thailand Burma Railway Center where you can start to learn about the history of this area and the infamous Death Railway. We will then board a boat for a river trip on the river kwai and will take you to the famous River Kwai Bridge. We will then board the train at the River Kwai Station. The train will make its way through the lush Kanchanaburi landscapes and you will cross many bridges which were constructed by allied prisoners during world war 2. At the end of the railway trip, our vehicle will be ready and waiting to take you to your lunch venue. After lunch, we will make our way back to Kanchanaburi with a stop-off at Krasae Cave and walk along the Wampoo Viaduct.
We will collect you at 8:30 for the drive towards Erawan National Park and one of the most spectacular Waterfalls in the whole of Thailand! Erawan is a multi-tier Waterfall and we will walk through the National park exploring each tier of the waterfall. For those who enjoy a good energetic hike we can trek to the topmost tier No. 7. for those less energetic we can just explore the lower tiers. The crystal clear waters here are great for a swim if you want to cool off during your hike. After Erawan, we will proceed to our lunch venue and then on to Hell Fire Pass the notorious cutting which was dug by POWs and Asian laborers during the 2nd World War, here you will get to visit the informative hell Fire Pass Museum as well as following the train route on foot through the pass.
